Weather:
Calm (0-5mph) with clear skies in the morning, then winds(5-10mph) from the
N/NW in the afternoon with low clouds and nearly 100% coverage.

Raptor Observations:
Good flight of accipiters in the morning, but as clouds moved in the flight
decreased dramatically in the afternoon.

Non-raptor Observations:
Most notable: Wilson's Snipe.  Caspian Tern(1), American Widgeon, Northern
Shoveler, Northern Pintail, Pied-billed Grebe(1), Little Blue Heron, Green
Heron, Pectoral Sandpipers(11), Red-breasted Nuthatch.

Predictions:
Most sunny skies with winds northeast then east 5-15mph.
