Weather:
Southeast winds 10-15 mph, warm temps with a high of 75F, and clear skies
in the morning and partly cloudy in the afternoon.

Raptor Observations:
Majority of flight was accipiters in the morning.  A very slow afternoon
with a few falcons.

Non-raptor Observations:
Eurasian Widgeon(4), American Widgeon, Northern Pintail, Gadwall, Northern
Shoveler, Ringed-necked Duck, American Coot, Green-winged Teal, Pied-billed
Grebe, Pectoral Sandpiper.

Predictions:
Rain likely in the afternoon, with southeast winds 15-20mph and gusts up to
30mph.
