Weather:
Heavy rain showers from 0600-0800 then clearing.  Winds early from the
south/southwest then switching to west/northwest.

Raptor Observations:
Slow in the morning with early am showers, then a nice movement of sharpies
and kestrels in the mid-afternoon.  Flight path fairly low east to west
over the treeline.

Non-raptor Observations:
WHISKERED TERN(1), Black Tern(1), Gull-billed Tern(1), Royal Tern(2),
Caspian Tern(1), Common Terns, Forster's Terns.  American Widgeon(3),
Northern Pintail, Green-winged Teal, Little Blue Heron, Great Blue Heron,
Green Heron, Glossy Ibis(3), American Golden Plover(1), Pectoral
Sandpipers(8), Killdeer(8), Sora.

Predictions:
Sunny, NE winds 10 mph, 72.
