Weather:
Winds 5-10mph starting north then switching to the NW for the early
afternoon and finally E/SE for the latter part of the day.  Temps in the
mid-70's.  Partly Cloudy skies.

Raptor Observations:
A good flight with high counts of ospreys, bald eagles, sharp-shinned
hawks, and merlins.  Quite high flight during the afternoon.

Non-raptor Observations:
A great day with the highlight being a WHISKERED TERN.
Also sighted Cape May Warbler(2), Caspian Tern(1), Black Tern(1), American
Oystercatcher(7), 

Predictions:
Cloudy, mid 70's, chance of rain after 4pm, winds southeast 9-11mph.
