~10mph. 

Raptor Observations:
*New single-day Red-shouldered Hawk record (Again!)

The day was highlighted by a fantastic late-morning push of buteos, with
the peak hour (10-11am) featuring 399 RTHA and 157 RSHA! Things slowed down
considerably in the afternoon, but the season's third SWHA (an
intermediate-type imm) appeared during the 1pm hour.
