Cool, breezy and mostly cloudy. Winds from the W/WNW throughout, 10-20mph.
Scattered showers during the last two hours. 

Raptor Observations:
Another good SSHA flight, with numbers building through the early
afternoon. Also a decent number of AMKE for the date. The season's 2nd GOEA
appeared with yesterday's bird at 11:36am (EDT). 

Non-raptor Observations:
Another spectacular AM songbird flight-- American Robin (75,000++?), Cedar
Waxwing (3,000+), Yellow-rumped Warbler (900+), Eastern Bluebird (400+),
Purple Finch (150+), Pine Siskin (1500+), White-winged Crossbill (2),
Evening Grosbeak (1), Indigo Bunting (1), House Finch (350+), Red-winged
Blackbird (~2,000), Tennessee Warbler (1), Blackpoll Warbler (5), Eastern
Meadowlark (15)

Also-- Cave Swallow (4), Barn Swallow (2), Chimney Swift (2+), Lesser
Black-backed Gull (1), possible Ross's Goose (1)
